DELIVERIES
All Orders recieved by 3pm Monday-Friday will be shipped on the same day, Orders received after 3pm will be shipped the next working day. Orders will be shipped on a next day service via DPD, if you have not received your order within this time frame please contact us.
RETURNS
FAULTY GOODS
If you have any faulty items please email images to the sales team who will advise next steps.
NON FAULTY ITEMS
In exceptional circumstances we may agree return of all or part of an order, please contact our sales team by phone or email to arrange.
All items should be returned in their original condition/packaging and the outer box clearly marked with your order number within 7 days of purchase. You are responsible for the goods until they are received at our warehouse and we will not be liable far any loss or damage incurred whilst returns are in transit or for the return postage cost.

We recommend sending the goods using an insured and traceable delivery service providing signed proof of delivery.
We reserve the right to charge a handling fee for returned items of up to 20%. Once we have received your returned items we will issue a refund via your original payment method. We will process your return within 14 days of receiving it back in our warehouse. Please be aware that refunds can take up to 7 working days to show back in your account depending on your bank.
CANCELLATIONS
Once you have confirmed your Order you will be unable to cancel it.
